In a lot of countries, there is a real snooty attitude toward America. I suspect much of it comes from emasculation. That exists because they can't defend their own land no more, instead they have American troops (or whatever power) on their land or in some other way that feminizes them.

Of course, some people claim it is jealousy. I can't really say if it is or not. It's probably a factor, but I don't think it's the main factor. 🤨

I think it comes down to either nations not having the resources to properly defend themselves or gave up the right to do so, like Japan did.
