February 17Feb 17 I remember me and some friends when we were in school formed a band, me and my friend would play violin and then we had a friend that played drums and all of us would sing. We kept the band going for a while but all soon drifted apart when we left school.

How did audiences like it?I agree, it is not something you always tend to see in a band, I guess with my auntie being in a band with friends and the instruments were violin, guitar and drums, that was where the inspiration came from :) Many seemed to enjoy it and found it to be different as opposed to other bands :)

I'm sure stuff like that is out there, but major record labels won't sign them.
February 23Feb 23 Author I've avoided playing in bands because I can't play drums in certain buildings. In those instances, I can't hear the other players. It's a serious problem and it's a shame because I play drums fairly well.
