This month is Black History Month, and of course, some right-wingers are going to mock the situation, but I can see their viewpoint to some extent, though. Well, I have a disability, but I don't really like the "disability help scene". What I mean is that it's sort of emasculating and there's more to people than the disability.

Yes, they do. I'm tired of hearing how someone can't do something or is in some way, shape or form handicapped by their skin color or race. People can accomplish nearly anything their heart desires in today's society with hard work, grit and determination.

Morgan Freeman said it best. Why is my history restricted to a single month?

However, though, I can't say that there are other ways to unfairly get jobs. For instance, all thru history people have gotten jobs for being rich or being in the family (Italian Mafia etc.). Anyway. the degree this is unethical is up for debate. I mean, some people, for instance, are OK with inheritances to children, some are not and there are good reasons for both opinions.
