My husband is originally from California so he’s probably more familiar with this than me.

It’s sad all those people loosing their homes to the wildfires.

Yeah, it’s rough. I would be more furious if I were them to find out about all of the budget cuts and such.

I feel like politicians are just catering to certain people and only care when disasters happen to those people. For instance, Trump is always dissing Puerto Rico, even when it had a hurricane, and the Democrats seemed to give 2nd class help to Western North Carolina etc.
