What weird food combinations do you really enjoy?

I think this combo is normal in China, but it's weird elsewhere. I'm speaking of ketchup and fried rice. Who has tried that? It's very good.

Syrup and sweet potato fries, its a great combination for sure :)

I like to pour the hamburger grease over the hamburger once it's finished cooking. It has so much more flavor then. Anyway, it seems like a lot of fast food has meat with no flavor. I suspect it's because of some health thing where they try to eliminate as much meat grease as possible. It's like how they don't cook French Fries in meat grease no more, so they taste very dull.
