February 6Feb 6 I would say without a doubt, call center. Retail was bad, but call center will just kill your soul without mercy.
February 6Feb 6 Author Administrators Worst job I ever worked was as a seasonal laborer for a city. It wasn't the hours or pay or even most of the job, it was just being exposed to how disgusting people can be with public restrooms.

I've spent nearly 20 years working in retail and let me tell you, you'll definitely wonder about some people.8 hours ago, Daedalus said:Worst job I ever worked was as a seasonal laborer for a city. I've had to clean some public restrooms during my time working in retail. It does make you wonder about some people if that's what they do when they go out in public.

When you're chained to the register, you're the first person they see when they come in and the last person they see on their way out so you get everything. The people on the floor have a 50/50 shot of not dealing with someone.I've heard horror stories about call centers. I even bumped into a lady at the grocery store one day that told me to avoid them at all cost.
February 7Feb 7 The worst job I would say I ever worked was when I worked for a short time in a newsagent when I was pregnant with my 1st. The owner and my boss would have me stand around for hours during my shift and even accused me of stealing money at one point.
