We all have issues with our job. To save space and cluttering up the rest of the community with threads dedicated to its discussion, this thread will save time and space.

My job sucks because it may not exist in the future. Robots are taking over everything, lol. Well, this is a different answer than you would expect, because I have no complaints with the job, it being graveyard shift, or the pay, but my dishwashing job did pay around 5 dollars more an hour.
