  1. I like to pour the hamburger grease over the hamburger once it's finished cooking. It has so much more flavor then. Anyway, it seems like a lot of fast food has meat with no flavor. I suspect it's because of some health thing where they try to eliminate as much meat grease as possible. It's like how they don't cook French Fries in meat grease no more, so they taste very dull.
  2. I read a good meme on Facebook today. It was saying that once health was seriously threatened, that's all that matters. How do you all feel about that? Is that some deep thought that we tend to ignore until sickness befalls us?
  3. I love my father. He was a military man and there were many reasons to respect him. However, though, he wasn't exactly a bleeding heart. Anyway, one question that I always wanted to ask but was afraid to was "If the Civil Rights movement hadn't happened, would minorities even have ANY RIGHTS AT ALL?". I suspect that the south was so conservative that they wouldn't give them rights, or it would have happened at a snail's pace.
  4. People have demonized these words, but actually, The Roman Empire was fascist, but not Nazi, the main reason is because it was a multi-cultural empire, much like the US or Russia. Anyway, of course, racism and the like are wrong, but how do you feel about ultra nationalism as Putin displays or how the US displayed with Manifest Destiny back in the day?
  5. In a lot of countries, there is a real snooty attitude toward America. I suspect much of it comes from emasculation. That exists because they can't defend their own land no more, instead they have American troops (or whatever power) on their land or in some other way that feminizes them. Of course, some people claim it is jealousy. I can't really say if it is or not. It's probably a factor, but I don't think it's the main factor. 🤨

It was a good game, but I just wasn't a fan of either team.
  7. To be honest, I don't like the way Canada is being talked down to by my country, in fact, to the point it reminds me of prison emasculation (if you know what I mean, lol). In fact, I see hockey fights coming out about this and I can't blame the Canadians. Anyway, though, I do see the financial source of this problem. It's the problem that goes on all the time in politics and even in our own families. It's where people are not paying the rent, not paying the fair share, stuff like that. Has that been something you seen firsthand? What is the solution? Myself, I don't think talking down to Canada will solve the problem, but rather it will drive them toward even more nationalism and drive them toward other nations (like China). I think an adult discussion is the better idea.
  8. Your funny. This forum is Invison.
  9. In the US, democrats are called communists or socialists and republicans are called fascists or nazis. How do you feel about it? Are those terms justified for those groups? Do you feel this is childish name-calling without a basis in actual fact?
  10. When we are children, we are taught to share, but in western countries, a lot of that is frowned on as adults. How do you feel about that? Well, how do you feel about communism and socialism? Some see it as absolute evil, some loathe it, some see it as something great for society. Note: True communism hasn't existed in any nation, maybe in smaller groups, and communism in former Stalinist nations was seen as seen as the final stage of history, something not achieved yet.
  11. It's probably not tough to learn. Well, I did know some basic knowledge about stocks and bonds, but only from a book. It was never put to the test.
  12. Basically, it's the same as selling forum posts or blog posts because that's what they want, content, so, in that case, the more content the more buyers and higher price, right?
  13. I think people need to enjoy life more. I definitely want to get my license back so I can drive on roads I want to drive, not what the rideshare or bus drivers want.
  14. Bannon accuses Musk's pro-global visa program to be a betrayal of Trump's vision for America. Do you think it is? Could a compromise be reached? Note: Bannon is overall distrustful of Musk whom he claims is immature and wanting to impose a tech tyranny. He is distrustful of him because he grew up in Apartheid era South Africa, but I'm a bit confused by this.
  15. They don't allow you to reach the source code. Who else has noticed this? It makes editing impossible sometimes.
  16. What would be one example of this nightmare?

    How is that the case?

I saw one new forum and I was impressed. However, a past math forum on VB had problems and I saw major errors on a gaming one, but that was probably past VB.
  19. I can sympathize with sob stories from Tony Montana (Scarface) or The Joker (Batman) up to a point.
  20. I don't know anything about the stuff, but as you said, it's tough to predict the future, though.

It depends on how bad it is. If it's something where everything is shut in, then I can just stay home and do snow things outside. My city, Nashville, rarely gets any big snow. We had one big one last year, but that was odd. Where I lived before (Northeast Tennessee), gets more snow and especially when I lived in the mountains of Southwest Virginia.
  22. What's your reasons? @Demon_skeith How about you?
  23. What are pros and cons of it? What are some challenges? What have you done personally? Where was the action done?

What have you bought or sold? Where did it take place? What are pros and cons of flipping domains etc.?
  25. Who has studied it? Who knows of things like Ad Hominem etc.? Do you feel arguments of other people or yourself are strong?
